I am using Windows 11, 32 gigs of RAM, Nvidia RTX 3060 12 gigs of memory. i7 processor, 2.9 Ghz
Premiere version 23.6.
When editing, Ripple edit, Rolling edit, etc, the Program Panel flickers terribly.
I updated my video driver. Still no good. I uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared the cache.
I installed version 22.4.6 and that version works fine.
Looks like the recent v24 update solved the problem. Thanks to everyone for their help.

I tried you suggestion again. I looking at the wrong wrench. It did stop the flicker, but I do want the composite view.
Thanks for your help. Maybe I will have to live with it for now.

If you double-click on a cut, you will get trim view.

It flicker there too. I teach Premiere and I need the prpgram to work as it was designed to work.
For myself, I can use these work arounds. My students should see how Premiere is supposed to work.
Again, thanks for all your time and help. You are really nice and I apprecialte it.

Okay, I did try the V24 Beta, and it seems okay. Hopefully it will be mainstream soon.
