My PC seems capable of previewing 4K footage (DJI: Video Codec Type: HEVC 10 bit 4:2:0) intermittently, but now, most of the time, the playback just freezes. This is having followed several bits of advice from YouTube videos and here on the Community. It makes Premiere Pro useless. Please help.
