Program window goes blank when timeline plays text with effects applied

Hi all,

I am having an issue which I believe is related to my renderer/graphics card, but I may be wrong.

I've created a pretty simple effect for my text using the crop and transform effects. The effects are applied to each line of text. When I go to play the effect on my timeline my program window goes blank, but I can still hear all of my audio.

I have changed my renderer from CUDA to software only, but this is a poor work around as I find the playback can be laggy, but also other effects then stop working.

I updated my graphics drivers and premier pro around 2 weeks before Christmas 2023.

I have a RTX2060 graphics card, which is compatible with premier pro.

Can anyone advise me on how i may be able to fix this please?

Screenshots of the issue are attached.

Thanks,

James.

Excellent thank you.

I have now uncovered another problem though. My video will not export as the CUDA renderer cant process the text graphics and the software renderer cant process the VR.

Am i missing something really simple here?
