Program window update fails

After a while editing PGM window fails to update timeline pointer position.

Also playback doesnot work anymore.

This problem started to appear since v2023.6 and is still there in CC2024.03

No clear steps to repro.

result,

sliding the pointer does not result in any update in the PGM window, also trying to play a clip in the source

window failes.

You can save the project and motion effect still seems to work.

After restart Premiere all goes fine for a while.

Win10/11 with Nvidia card and BM card with latest Black Magic drivers

try to reset the preferences, if it doesn't work, it looks like there is

a known bug with BM that Adobe engineers are looking into:
