To briefly summarize, I work between two different computers via an external drive (WD_BLACK P40 Game Drive NVMe SSD). Both are PCs and to provide as much detail as I can...:
1. CyberpowerPC, Intel Core i7-9700F 3.0GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 6GB, 32GB DDR4, Windows 10
2. CreatorProz16P B12UMST, 12th Gen Intel core i9-12900H 2.90GHz, 64GB RAM, Windows 11 Pro
Both PCs are running the latest version of Premiere & AE (24.1). Bouncing between these two has always been a bit problematic, but recently become utterly destructive. Going for PC 2 to PC 1 usually isn't an issue, however doing any work on 1 and going to 2 runs about a 20% to 30% chance of all work I do being corrupted (as well as corrupting pretty much all project files) or disappearing as if I had never even done them (not even a corrupted file showing up).
I realize this might be way more on the tech side of things and not Premiere itself, but does anyone have any ideas or see something glaringly obvious that I don't? Is it something I'm doing/the systems I'm using?
