Project deleted randomly

I am on pr version 15.4.1. all of my clips were edited just yesterday, but when I loged into my computer today everything I have edited is gone. All of my clips are still in the project but all the editing is gone. When I try to open a new project from the autosave file the clips are in the bottom left box still but none of the edits are saved from the autosave. Please help.

Alas, if you did not make a backup and all the auto saves are the same, then you will have to edit them again.

Bottom Left box: Which panel would that might be?

FAQ: When to use "Save A Copy," or "Save As," or just "Save".

I would just use ctrl+s to save everything, I see the project in my files but when I open it all of the clips are in the project panel but nothing in the timeline panel.

Look for your sequence in the project panel.
