When I open a project file in Adobe Premiere, I get this message: 'The project appears to be damaged, it cannot be opened.' What can I do to fix it?

I also tried to open the auto-save files, but they don't work either.

Can you help me?

Could you provide a bit more information:

1. What version of Premiere Pro are you using?
2. What version of Premiere Pro was the project created with?
3. Where is the project stored (local drive, external drive, network drive)?
4. Is the project being synced with cloud storage?
5. What is the file size of the project?

Once I have more details, I can offer more specific advice.

Cheers,
Paul

Are you able to upload the project file here? I can see if it opens on my end.

Yes, sure, I will attach the project file. I understand that the footage may appear offline, but it contains sensitive content. Thank you again for your help and understanding.
