We use Project Manager to exclusively reduce the size of the project for archiving.
Some of the footage is in H264 (not a big deal there) and some in XF-AVC in 4K Long GOP from a Canon C70.
We'd like to "consolidate and transcode" to a more space saving codec but still maintain a very good image, specially of the C70.
I created an HVEC (H.265) preset that I import in Project Manager but the files end up being 4:2:0 when the original C70 footage is 4:2:2.
I'm attaching the preset here for your info - how can I make the files to trancode to HVEC 4:2:2?
Alternatively, would you suggest other settings to "consolidate and transcode" but still maintain a good image?
Thanks,
Link to the .epr preset as it won't let me attach it:
