Instead of only using the clips the File Manager includes the entire 10gig clip after

I save the file. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Hi @Todd29285693hr9a,

Thanks for writing in with your concern. Currently, Project Manager won't consolidate Long GOP media, like H.264. Transcode at ingest to ProRes (or DNxHR) and then Project Manager should work as expected. I hope the info helps. Feel free to upvote a feature request like this:  https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-ideas/project-manager-quot-consolidate-and-transcode-as-... I hope the info helps. Sorry for the issue.

Thanks,
Kevin

Thanks Kevin,

Our group doesn't work in ProRes, so I just go back to the finished Transcoded folder and delete the

original full, uncut raw clips because the folder still contains the actual used clips.

Thanks!
