Project Media Manager Gives Error, Will Not Function

Spent 80 mins with Adobe on this just yesterday (January 18). The long and short of it? Yet another bug for this latest Premiere Pro release 23.1 .

No amount of re-booting, removal of third party plugins, cache clean, preferences removal, workarounds, nothing seemed to get Premiere Pro to be able to run a typical Project Media Manage operation. 

Honestly, at this point, I really REALLY wish that Id not updated to this version. Myriad problems, including the now well-documented timeline lag issues.

I have spread the word to all editors that I know to avoid updating to 23.1 at all costs.
