Project windows should not all pop up on a layout change

When you have and use a lot of media bins, changing the layout becomes a chore.

Every time i change a layout, or god forbid, open another project, all my bins pop out into new windows. Redocking all of them is impossible, because they hide the spot where I wan't them to go so I allways just have to close them all. This is a major painpoint for me.

Would it perhaps be possible to only open the 'root' project window and have me open the other ones manually when I need them?
