Projects won't load- stuck at 75%

Hello Adobe community, 

This issue has been reported for years now and it is still unsolved. It is extremely problematic and is really putting a hiatus on our post production schedule.

We are running Adobe's production feature across 2 computers. On computer 1, every project loads fine. However, on computer 2, most of the projects freeze up when loading at about 75%. At first, we thought this might be an issue with production. But even upon bringing projects outside of the production, they still hang at 75% load. At one point, I created a brand new project on computer 2 and worked on it with no issues

If we wait for hours, even overnight, the projects eventually load. But if we save the loaded project then close premiere, we are back to square one when we re-open premiere.

 

What we've tried:

Disabled Mercury Transmit
Cleared media cache
Re-installed all the C++ files
Re-installed all the graphics drivers
Deleted audio plugin from Audio Manager
Updated Windows
Checked for updates on Premiere - there were none

Tried importing the hanging project into a new project

Changing the renderer

Computer 2 Specs:

AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 3.7GHz Processor
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 10GB GDDR6X
64GB DDR4-3200 RAM
2TB Solid State M.2 Drives x2
4TB Solid State drive

Microsoft Windows 11 Pro
10/100/1000/10000 Network
Intel Wireless AC-9260

Hola, justo tube un error similra cuando trabajaba con windows 11, al final lo unico que hize fue retornar a windows 10 y todo volvio a la normalidad. Nunca supe si es un tema de compatibilidad del windows 11.
