Prores Raw cannot be decoded

Community Beginner ,
Nov 30, 2023 Nov 30, 2023

Unfortunately I have updated the graphics card driver of my Nvidia RTX4090 to the newest one. Now in Premiere PRORES RAW cannot be decoded...again. Exactly like 1 year ago after a driver update. Does somebody know the solution?

I tried that but any of them work. But I found a solution. Since I hava an AMD processor and a Nvidia graphics card, I deactivated the CPUs integrated graphics processing (AMD graphics). Now the problem is solved.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Then go back to an earlier driver. Those are also available from that Nvidia driver support page.

Useless post, sadly.

Not working on what specific hardware? OS/CPU/GPU, and what created the ProRes raw as a minimum for troubleshooting.

If the graphics card driver has been updated and it doesn't work,
Go!
Windows device manager -> display adaptor ->
CPU Integrated graphics card driver Delete or Disable device
Almost Users are Prores raw gonna be working fine.
I have a AMD Ryzen 9 7950x, RTX 3080 last drivers!!!

LATEST

This solved the same issue for me. I've got an AMD 9900x and RTX 4090 on the latest driver. Once I disabled the CPU's integrated graphics through the device manager, the ProRes RAW HQ from a Ninja V finally started working normally again.
