proxies keep disconnecting

Every time I open a new project I'm working on, premiere forgets where several of my proxy files are located, and I have hunt them down & re-attach... every time. I've had this problem off and on with random projects in CC 2017 over the past year. This is now happening in 2017.1. Any help appreciated.

Side note... I posted a thread about this 6 months ago. Adobe staff asked me about where the files were located and then I never heard anything else. Hoping this second attempt proves fruitful.

There have been a few bug fixes along these lines. Please file your situation in a bug report if you get a sec.
