prproj project - Footage error - video frozen 1/2 way through

Premeiere pro - How can I fix this? Just occured in the last several days... not sure if it was an update. Footage just freezes half way through.You can see on timeline. Tried to relink and didnt work.

It seems that this has something to do with the frame rate, the frame rate of the proxies do not match that of the video. Did you apply any modification to the clip before creating the proxies?

If you can explain how you imported the clips and created the proxies, we can better assist you, preferably with screenshots.
