¿qué puedo hacer si mi Premiere se congela después de guardar el proyecto? 

Ya borré el cahé, reestablecí, desinstalé e instalé e incluso probé con un equipo y cuenta distinta y el problema me lo sigue generando

Sorry about the poor experience. Let us know the version of Premiere Pro that you are using. Is it happening while working with a specific project? If so, have you tried importing the affected project into a blank new project to see if it works?
