Hello,
I would like to work on video rushes in order to remove only the bad takes of a video.
What is the best adobe software to do this : Premiere Rush or Premiere Pro ?

Premiere Pro.
Rush is very limited in output formats.
You need something like Prores which Rush cannot give you.
