Question about stopping Premiere Pro from zooming in while using middle mouse

Hello all, as usual, the updates continue to be annoying. I have noticed in earlier versions that using the middle mouse while hovering over a video to blur objects/faces worked fine. Now, when I use the middle mouse the video zooms in and out. Does anyone know of a remedy to prevent this from happening.

I have restored default settings, removed plugins, you name it. I ended up installing an earlier version and there are no issues.

Thank you.

That's the new behavior, and no, there isn't a user option on it.

I will note that many users wanted this, and prefer it. But some of us do not prefer this.

Hopefully at some point we will get the requested user choice of behaviors for this.
