Question: How to Fix Washed Out Footage Upon Import to Premiere Pro?

Hi there,

I've been running into an issue where every time I start a new video project and upload some video footage that I shot on my iPhone to the project, the footage ends up looking extremely washed out and whited-washed. I have compared it side by side to the raw footage and have tried to figure out if there's a color correction situation going on, but no matter what color effects I toggle off, the footage remains the same as it did upon import - washed out.

Has anyone else had this issue? Can anyone help figure out what settings I might have wrong? Happy to provide any extra info that's helpful - sorry! Kinda new to this!
