"AE Error: B did not initialize max_result_rect"

I slowed down a 25fps clip to 40% speed + Optical Flow in Premiere and then exported it both as H.264 and Quicktime. 

I then imported in Ae, rotoscoped it, and when playing back I get this error. I won't export either of the formats. I tried to "replace with Ae composition" in Premiere and that worked, but after closing and reopening, that linked comp in Premiere is offline and it won't relink. 

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
