"Classroom in a Book" LESSON 3 pg.78

Adobe P.P. " Classroom in a Book" (2022 Release )

Lesson 3 page 78  step 5.

"Look in the Project Panel for the newly created bin called " Theft ".

question? , this has not automatically happened to me. Am I supposed to create a new bin myself? 

the lesson implies that it happens automatically. why am I having issues this this step in the lesson?

Also, step 6 on the same page of this lesson says " Inside the bin, double-click the sequence "Theft" to open it in the Timeline panel .... even when I create my own "new bin" I can't get anything to open up in the Timeline by double-clicking it in the project file panel.

what am I doing wrong?
