Ränder zittern

Moin ihr Lieben, ich bearbeite gerade ein Video in Premiere Pro und mein rechter Rand zittert immer bei allen Clips.

Während der Bearbeitung und auch nach dem Exportieren.

Habt ihr eine Idee woran das liegen kann und wie ich dieses Problem beheben kann?

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate before importing into Premiere Pro:

Hey Guys, thanks for trying to get the issue fixed.
Im importing Files from my Canon r5c. 4K -> Canon XF-AVC->Canon Log 3.
Here´s a screenshot.

Today i tryed a little. Even by Not expanding the Window, the issue still is there. 

i figured out tha the Problem only Shows when shooting in 

4096x2160 Long Gop
4096x2160 Long Gop
XF-AVC YCC422  10 bit Clog 3

I9 14900k

64GB Ram

Grafik radeon r9 200 (maybe this is the Problem)?

I use canon xf-avc and have not seen this: does it make a difference if window is not that wide?

The Problem Even Exist when i Export the file. So i dont think this ist the Problem.
