Radial Wipe effect lost Wipe Center specification

In Adobe Premiere Pro version 25.6.3, the Radial Wipe effect no longer has a place to put value for the Wipe Center. And the ruined all the past edits that includes this effect. Would you please bring it back? It seems like a mistake.

Most likely, it won't return to the program. 

Best is to revert to 25.5 and finish the project.
