Random Glitches in Footage – Premiere Pro 2025 Only

I’m running into a frustrating issue with Premiere Pro 2025: random glitches appear on my footage. Sometimes they move to different clips or disappear entirely. This never happened in previous versions of Premiere.

I’ve already updated my NVIDIA drivers, but the problem persists. Has anyone else experienced this or found a fix? It’s driving me crazy.

I have the version 25.2.3 but I don't know how to get the Beta version.

I have been having a similar problem with Sony footage (4k shot on fs5) since about premiere 24.2 or so.  I am on windows 10 with all updated drivers for nvidia as well as windows updates.  I have seen posts before about it but so far it still has not been solved on my end
