random loud audio

hi, i have been editing and am stuck. for about 2 seconds on my time line every audio track goes really loud then dips back down. i have no effects on the audio no adjustment layers and no synced sound. ive checked each induvudal clip outside of premire and they sound fine but just for those 2 seconds everything goes loud.

ive had a couple people look at it and no one can figure out why. if someone clould help that would be great
