Random pop in audio after rendering

I'm having a problem every once in a while that some of my videos get random "audio pops" after rendering. It's fine when I listen on premiere, but once it gets to the final product, that happen.

The strange thing is, I just need to render again using the same settings without changing anything until it finally gets everything right, what can be causing the problem?

It's kinda bad when a project is long and my client hear it after reviewing the video for a couple of minutes.

Are you using any 3rd party audio effects?   If you are using 3rd party audio effects, does disabling them fix the issue.

And, are you rendering via Adobe Media Encoder or directly from Premiere?
