Razor Tool not auto cutting nearest marker

When I am in my project, I am editing a sequence that I have put markers directly on the exact spot I want to cut, but the razor tool isn't auto cutting the nearest marker like it used to. This started happening about a week ago. HELP!

It seems that you have accidentally turned off the Snap feature. Press S on your keyboard or click on it in your timeline to activate it again.
