Upon opening Legacy titler Premiere crashes.

Hi Can anyone help? I still have this problem. When I open the file - it immediately has a pop up that notifies me it needs to update Legacy Titler, my only option is to click 'OK' and then it immediately crashes. I don't have an option to reset the workspace, it crashes before I can make any changes. Please help!

2023 does not support legacy title templates.

All has been replaced by the Essential Graphics Panel.
