Reading Sony .MXF files profiding from PXW-FS5 camera is broken in Premiere Pro V24.4.1 and V24.5, getting the following message:
I am running on Windows 10 Professionnel pour les Stations de travail, Version 22H2, Build 19045.4529, Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19058.1000.0
Please let us know when you are planning to fix it. Thanks.
Hi @defaulttxj9huyw3wbc - This sounds like a media cache issue. When you upgraded to 24.5 did you clear your media cache? The easiest way to do this is to hold down shift while opening premiere and from there you can reset your cache.

Adding to my previous message, it is working correctly with V24.3, but not after that. I have some other footage from an other camera that work correctly with V24.4.1, only the Sony footage is broken. Hope this help.

Hello,
Thanks you, this seems to have solved the problem. The error message does not appear anymore, and I can move the timeline head without problem.
Great ! I can get bback to work with the latest version.
Thanks.

I delete the cache with every update... it eliminates issues like that. Cheers!
