we are analysing Videos for and from dog owners in our dog-school.
To talk and show authentic and fluent, we need to be able to control the image with out mouse whilst pointing out and explain certain behaviours.
Is there an Option to capture/record the direct full qualitiy output that is shown to the previewwindow?
Right now we are capturing the screen with xbox game bar and sound with audaucity.
We combine the two again in adobe and crop the video a bit to hide the adobe interface.
The big problem, is that the new video is a bit less than HD after the Crop and out original data is 4k hdr.
This becomes even worse with a vertical video. We end up with about 580X900pixels left and the hdr gone.
The option to record the full quality datastream going to the Preview output would eliminate that loss in qualitiy completly.
Why are we doing this?
The Workflow we are looking for is to take oder get a video and just talk over it while we can use the fine options of the adobe frame by frame slider to fluently move vorward, skip, move a bit back, move it in slowmotion back and forth to show looks, movements and behaviors. Then we could take that video and our soundrecording and merge them in Adobe. With full quality 4k this would give us the option to add zooms and pans where needed afterwards.
I know this sound like a boomer way on taking on this problem, but as a dog-coaches we are good at directly talking and reacting to what we are seeing. We are very bad and cant make all the effort to fully edit a video and put in sequments of voiceover.
