Every time something like this happens, I can't help but chuckle in anxiety, but here we are...
So I shot a project for work recently on 2 RED Komodos, and as I imported the footage into Premiere Pro today, here's what awaited:
Some of the R3D files are turing up blue and when I go into source settings, there is no way I can change the white balance back to 5600 (what the project was shot in on both cameras). The weird thing is, that for the SAME CLIP, as you can see, some of the files are turning up fine, some are not.
Why is this happening? I played all the files on the RED Cinema X player and they all look perfectly fine there. I opened the ones that seem to be having issues in DaVinci, and guess what - they're perfectly fine there as well. So can soemoene please offer a solutin to this before I throw myself into a full on panic attack?
