Red Komodo videos cannot be previewed if I use 30series NVIDIA GPU，the preview is black ,but it work with 20series NVIDIA GPU

What are the details of the footage (frame rate, frame size, format/codec)? Would you mind updating Premiere Pro to latest and see if it helps.
