Refreshing Footage issue

New Here ,
Mar 06, 2024 Mar 06, 2024

I have problems refreshing footage while editing. Everything used to work just fine and footage even updated live while editing. And if not, the "Replace footage" command solved the issue.

After updating to 24.2.1 footage hardly refreshes at all after rendering. Strange artefacts show in the new version of the footage, and I have to render, import, open & close the software several times until the new clip shows up.

Can someone help me?

If you are using a Nvidia card with the current (551.61) studio driver, roll one driver back.

Thanks for your reply. I installed 551.23 but the bug remains, unfortunately. Were you talking about another driver version?

Yes that is correct there is a issue with the current studio driver 551.61.

but rolling back one driver did not solve your problem so it must be something else.

Reset Preferences and trash media cashe would be next on the list.

Or roll back to 24.2.0.
