Regarding XML file of Premiere Pro

Can I get the documentation of how Premiere Pro generate the XML file , I am not able to find it anywhere. I am getting problems in parsing the XML file. It genrates a different XML file everyime . I want to see what structure does the XML file follows of the Premiere Pro so that i can write a proper script to parse the xml file.

PPro writes XML according to Apple's retired spec, from around version 7.0.3 of Final Cut Pro.
