I'm having a pretty significant workflow bug in PP that originates in the stable release (23.3) and beta (23.5)
If I have to offline footage from one drive drive (say, from our server to a remote drive) and I relink to the exact same footage on another drive - it incorrectly moves all cuts to the beginning of the clip.
However, if I just trick PP into going to the new drive by renaming it to the one it's looking for (Say, rename a drive to "Server" instead of it's original drive name), it's all good and my cuts retain the orignal order as I originall saved it as.
I've experienced this on multiple projects. My theory is that for some reason, PP is not sure of the timecode or something of the matter being the same and defaults it to 00:00:00:00 or something of that nature.
I've been using PP since 2020 and have not seen an issue like this.
This is a major problem and I don't feel like I can trust the NLE when I close it now.
