Relinking Dynamically Linked Comps Error says AE is not installed?

1) AE 2025 is installed.

2) Everything worked fine together yesterday

3) No updates to either apps has occurred recently

4) I can open up the After Effects project just fine, so that's not the issue.

What's going on here?

macOS Sequioa 15.4.1, M1 Max 64GB RAM, AE 25.1.0 Premiere 25.1.0

Oof, thanks Kevin! Greatly appreciate.

I'll have to circle back to this, because I don't have the time currently
to do all that, or the permissions at the moment, but when I do I'll give
this a shot.

For the moment because of expediency I'm simply rendering from AE instead
of relying on dynamic link.

Thanks again though. Glad to know there is a solution somewhere.
