I have a quick question and I hope someone can at least point me in the right direction.  A friend of mine send me this video (screen shot included)  and asked if I could remove the background of his portion of the video. It would be the video on the left.  He is wanting the white text behind him to be removed.  I have tried masking it out, it sort of works, but he moves arounda good bit and tracking is proving to be a bit difficult.

Is there a way to do this?  Any help or direction would be appreciated.  I included a screen shot since the video is over 20 min long.

Thanks again.

Do you have After Effects?  Relatively new is a "content aware fill" feature that removes unwanted parts.
