am using the latest version of Premiere Pro, and there is a recurring issue with the Transform effect, particularly when I set the Motion Blur value to a high number (360). This causes a render error both in Premiere Pro and Media Encoder.
Upon testing, when I lowered the Motion Blur value to 0 or 290, the render completed successfully and very quickly, which indicates the issue is specifically related to high Motion Blur values in the Transform effect. In previous versions of the software, this effect worked without any issues.

I have it set before GPU and the video card driver is updated to the latest version. Unfortunately, in the new version that came out 25.0 in general, the software enters and exits automatically. She collapses.
