Has anyone had a similar problem? Lately, with files from phones, this has been popping up a lot, and I can't render the material.
There is space on the disk, deleting the folder as they suggest doesn't help.
Support connected remotely, but unfortunately they didn't help either.
Premiere pro is legal, of course 🙂

Welcome to the community! It seems to be a permission issue. Have you checked if you have read & write permissions for that folder? If you have administrative rights on that computer, for testing purposes, please try creating a new admin user account and see if it's working properly there.

I would like the program to work on my administrator account? What is this program that I pay for and I have to use two user accounts to make it work normally? I want to fix the problem in the future and not create a new user every time.

Testing a new user account is just to verify if the issue is specific to permissions for the affected user account. Have you checked if you have read and write permissions for that folder in the original user account?
