Render Issue with Premiere Pro - Am I doing something wrong?

I am seeing a framing issue in the thumbnail of clips, but it doesn't show up in the preview, but then when I render, the framing issue comes back. I have attached screenshots of the issue, along with the settings I'm using, and the file formatting and everything. I tried looking it up, but I wasn't really sure how to accurately describe it or what to search for. Any tips would be welcome.

We're sorry about the poor experience. Have you tried switching the Renderer to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only & checked if it's exporting properly?
