Render stops after new April update

After the update, I can’t export any video, any project stops at 31-34 minutes and the program freezes. Tried different codecs, different resolutions, even tried creating a new project to render parts together, nothing helped. Before this update, I had no problems. Please fix this as soon as possible.

Many people are hitting this issue at 34:46 (or really close to it.) We have identified that the issue is related to audio.   Can you tell me about your audio channelization.  Do you have source clips with multichannel audio?  Is your sequence configured for more than stereo.  We are working quickly on a fix.
