That's a 2017 CPU ... and it's the end of 2024. By computer standards, you're on a dinosaur.
As the hardware base constantly changes, the code used changes, and takes advantage of newer, more capable kit. Well ... after a bit, it pretty much requires newer kit to keep functioning well.
And your computer is hitting that use-by date now. Sorry ... but that's "reality".
I don't know how many computers I've had over the last 36 or so years. My "new" rig is what, two years old already? It's a 24-core Ryzen 3960x with 128GB of RAM and a 2080Ti, twin interanal Nvme SSD drives, one for OS/programs, the other for all cach files, and an additional 8 SSD drives and several large spinning disks.
I'll be updating the 2080Ti over the winter, and have replaced a few drives with larger ones. Those changes will get me by another couple years.

Cristian, I'm having the same problem, but I have a 2021 MacBook Pro. I was attempting to render out a 1 minute audio clip in Premiere Pro 2025 and it was going to take 20 minutes. I opened Premiere Pro 2024 and it took 1 second. So...not sure whta's going on. I don't think it's your computer hardware. Adobe, if you are listening, tell us what we are doing wrong, or if there is a setting we are not seeing.

I'm having the same problem too, but I have a M1 max. that's not hardware issue i think.

Make sure you dump all cache files on launch ... hold the shift key while launching, select the option to dump cache files.
Another user with long render times reported just tried that and found he was back to near instant exports. Sometimes ... that does fix issues.

I tried dumping the cache files on reboot and that didnt' work. At this point I'm uninstalling PP2025 until Adobe can get it working. Neil, thanks for your help.
