Why doesn't PP render the Warp Stabiliser effect when you export a timeline? Seems you still have to check this and 'analyse' each clip individually. Surely in the latest version this could be taken care of in the Export.

Warp Stabilizer is not an effect that you should be applying an expect it to work without any interaction. Each clip is incredibly different and even if you don't ever change the defaults (although I would argue you'll get better results if you do), most people do. That aside, it's a process that involves a lot going on behind the scenes and it simply needs to be performed. Plus, if you're not anaylzing your clips before you export, then you're not seeing the results of Warp Stabilizer, which means you wouldn't know how your final shots will look until it's too late.

I'm with David.
In fact, I always recommend applying Warp, analyzing, the playing back to check it. AS SOON AS IT'S GOOD ... do a full render & replace operation on the clip to maybe ProRes422, to get a full replacement "digital intermediate" clip.
Use that new clip instead of the old one that needed fixing. Your project won't "bloat", your project will both playback and export better and faster, and you'll never see that awful red banner "analyzing" on an export ...
