Rendered Out Audio 2secs Longer Than Visuals

When I render out my audio to edit it as one cohesive clip and import it back in the time does not match, it ends up a few seconds longer in a 24m video. What is causing this mis-match?

Also applies if i have cut visuals in a 10m video the later cut is desynced? Why? How do i fix this?

Seems a "frame rate" issue but I didn't think audio had a frame rate? Are my visuals the wrong frame rate? I changed the frame rate of the sequence to match the visuals properties of 25 and it didn't help.

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:

Here is a tutorial:

Shutter Encoder may also be used to convert to Constant Frame Rate:

Try exporting both the video and audio and bring it back into Premiere Pro.

Does the length still change?
