Rendering issues (sometimes) CRAZY COLORS, DISTORTION, ARTIFACTS.

I have been experiencing this issue more recently than normal, but it doesn't do it all of the time. It does it sometimes when I export straight from PP and sometimes from ME. It doesn't do this in the sequence either. Just during rendering. Please help, as this is slowing down my workflow like crazy. I've attached a couple of screenshots of rendered clips. The one is how it's supposed to look like and the other, well you'll get it when you see it. They are from the same 60sec clip. Thanks for any help you can provide!

try to switch renderers from project settings (try Software Only)

try to go to sequence settings - video previews - preview file format and use Cineform YUV 10 bit

what are your system specs? which version of Premiere Pro are you on?

maybe your graphics card will need an update from the vendor's site

I have the latest version of Premiere Pro. Forgot to answer that earlier.

There are some issues with Macs and Monterey, I think, with the 22.6 build. If you go back to 22.5, does it work properly?
