rendering not available whith error message attached

This error occurs when render even two simple clips or photos without effects "from attack to attack". I have this desktop with I7 3,7GHz, 64MB Ram Video card: Geforce RTX2070 S. HD (first)  SSd 1TB and second HD 1TB.
