Do you mean rendering or exporting? What effects have you added to the video?

I mean exporting, of course. I added effects from after effects, for example text animations, Handy Seamless transitions, etc

When I lowered the Bitrate, the video rendered quite quickly. But after setting the number of bitrates that Youtube requires, the export started to take a long time to render again. The preview showed over 40 hours. The movie lasted 25 minutes.

What is the estimated time if you export to DNxHD or Prores?

I have no idea but I am exporting in H.264. Do you prefer other format?

Any highly compressed format is harder to export to, the less compression of  Prores or DNxHD might be less taxing on your system but the file sizes might be large. Some people export Prores and the use Media Encoder to make the H264.
