Replace After Effects Composition by rendered clip

In Premiere it is easy to replace a clip of footage by an After Effects Composition.

In my case, Premiere fails to render all, so I decided to render the Compositions in After Effects.

And now I want to replace all the linked Compostions in Premiere by those rendered Compositions (.movs), which all have the same names as the linked compositions, except for the extension, which was .aep and now is .mov.

Any idea on how to do this in a smart way?
