Glitch Fix Please
I'm requesting a fix to an issue that I have finally had enough with.
I do a lot of resccaling, of either stills or videos from the program monitor with the scale wire frame around the image.
However, if I have just opened the project and want to do this right away with a video or image, when I double click on the video or image in the program monitor, I do not get the scaling wireframe around it. I first must, quit premiere and re-open in order to get this feature to work.
