Reset Workspace Layout Does Not Appear To Work in PP 23

I'm in PP 23.0.0 on an M1 Max Macbook Pro. 

When I've adjusted a layout and then want to revert to the default layout via Window>Workspaces>Reset To Saved Layout, nothing happens.  The adjusted layout remains.  

I tried resetting the Preferences and experimenting with adjusted layouts from which I want to revert to the saved, default layout, but once again nothing reverts back. 

What might I be missing?
